Thinking for Humans

Thinking for Humans is a 3-day deep dive into the skill that sits underneath everything else: your ability to think clearly, creatively, and effectively. Led by Dr L. Michael Hall, this workshop teaches the core thinking skills most people were never trained in — from essential thinking for clarity and precision, through to eureka thinking for creative breakthroughs and executive thinking for leadership and decision-making. You’ll also learn to identify the “pseudo-thinking” patterns that sabotage performance and keep people stuck.

Resilience Mastery

Resilience Mastery is a 3-day training in the inner game of handling setbacks, uncertainty, and pressure without losing your centre. Built from Dr L. Michael Hall’s Neuro-Semantics modelling work, this workshop shows you how to take charge of your mind, emotions, and responses so challenges stay “out there” as problems to solve — rather than becoming internal contamination. You’ll learn how resilience is built across the levels of mind, how to detox cognitive distortions and learned helplessness, and how to develop the stability, energy, and adaptability that high performers rely on.
